The teachings given by the scriptures like Vedas, Upanishads, Gita etc. are truly scientific and useful for life. Therefore, let us try to live our lives by following these teachings and engaging in yoga and good deeds. In past ages, the sages used to live their lives by following the principles and rules of the scriptures. Due to this, everyone’s life would be peaceful, happy and prosperous.

In the present age, physical and scientific progress has taken place but spiritual consciousness is declining. We must use the material things invented by science. But without spiritual consciousness, we can never live a peaceful and happy life. I would like to say that we should all live a happy and peaceful life by engaging in yoga, Perform charity, social service, and various public welfare activities and inspire others to do the same. and to be able to contribute to the society. Thanks!
