If any difficulty arises, one should start practicing again only after consulting a specialist. While practicing asanas, one should be careful about the position, order, and duration of the body to be kept in. While practicing yoga, one should practice breathing in harmony. It is very important to know in which position to inhale and in which position to exhale. If the rhythm of breathing is not right, it can also cause harm. For example, chest and back problems (stinging, stabbing, chest/back pain). Fast or slow breathing, breathing in/holding/exhaling by making a sound or subtly. The breathing speed should be adjusted according to the rules.

Patience and Joy

Time, patience, and continuous practice are required to achieve perfection in yoga practice and achieve the desired results. For example, one should not rush to learn quickly and should not try to do difficult asanas all at once out of impatience. It is more beneficial to practice patiently while being happy and joyful while practicing.

Complementary and Opposite Practices

Some asanas have opposite or complementary asanas that must be done before/after, right/left. After performing an asana, it is necessary to do its opposite and complementary asanas to get the proper benefits and maintain balance in the body.

Need for Rest

Yoga practice generates energy in the body. To prevent that energy from being depleted and to prevent fatigue, Rest is necessary between and at the end of the asanas to avoid strain. Restful asanas can be done lying down, sitting, or standing up.

Asanas can be practiced in any condition. There are relaxing, meditative, easy, and complex asanas. These asanas can be practiced at any age, sick, healthy, or normal, abnormal, and in all conditions, choosing them according to the capabilities and needs of your body. Asanas can be practiced even during unwell conditions, weakness, pregnancy, maternity, etc. Can be done.

But special asanas that can be done in those special situations should be done only after consulting a specialist. In cases of fever, weakness, chills, acute stage of cold and cough, acute infection of any disease, acute pain/soreness/injury and trauma, etc., completely relaxing asanas should be practiced.
