Stress: Reduction

Yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system in the human body, which counteracts the reaction of anger or fear, lowering the heart rate, reducing cortisol levels, and making you feel calm. The best way to find happiness in life is through peace. Signs like stress, jealousy, greed, arrogance, and a tendency to hurt others are obstacles to a happy life, and yoga meditation is a means to get rid of them.

Self-acceptance:

Regular yoga meditation encourages the body to listen deeply, accept limitations, make self-judgments, and let go of the need to constantly strive for perfection, promoting self-acceptance and inner peace. Therefore, we must allow our soul to be still. The most important thing is that food should be pure in mind and behavior. Only when there is a positive union of mind, speech, and action can self-acceptance be practiced.

The role of meditation:

Inner calmness: The greatest joy in human life is the peace of mind. Through meditation, focused meditation, and awareness, one can calm the mind, reduce excessive thinking, and promote a sense of inner peace and peace. Nothing can be done without meditation, such as studying, writing, thinking, driving, or flying a plane. What happens if your attention is slightly distracted? Think deeply! Yoga meditation is also like that. It can be achieved only by controlling and focusing your attention.

All the people of the world have only one desire, that is peace. Without peace, life has no value. Peace increases thinking and strength. The main reason why people try but fail is that peace is within them, but they are searching for it outside.

Human life is full of many complexities and risks. Whoever understands its secret or truth remains happy, while whoever does not understand it, their life remains filled with darkness. Since ancient times, great men have been born in different parts of the world. The purpose of their lives is to teach the lessons of morality and spirituality to the common people. In this process, meditation and yoga were also developed, and the father of yoga was Lord Shiva.

All the people of the world have only one desire, that is peace. Without peace, life has no value. Peace increases intelligence and strength. The main reason for trying but not succeeding is that peace is within them, but they are searching for it outside. Why do they search outside? The reason is ignorance. Due to a lack of proper guidance and sources of knowledge, people have become ignorant.

The yoga system, which has been practiced since ancient times, has become very famous and scientific at present. There are mainly 84 to 108 types of yoga asana methods, but one thing should be remembered that there is no need to argue about the number, because different yoga teachers have different opinions. The eight limbs of yoga are – Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi.

The first four of these are related to purification of emotions, purification of the body, and purification of the system. The last four are related to self-knowledge, liberation, and attainment of truth. Here I am going to tell you about the three main limbs of yoga – Asana (Yoga), Pranayama, and Dhyana.

There are two goals in life: first, to achieve success, and second, to enjoy it. Very few people achieve the second goal. Because more and more people keep preparing throughout their lives. Due to a lack of understanding, people wish for a lot of benefits in a short time. In this process, they make their lives chaotic. Then there is no balance in relationships. Life is so complex that if any work is not done according to a rule, it will not yield good results.

The most important parts of Ashtanga Yoga are asana, pranayama, and meditation. Asana is a yoga posture. Yoga means merging the human soul with the universe. Yoga postures can strengthen the body, pranayama will increase the efficiency of the central nervous system, and meditation will make the brain and mind healthy.

If we do yoga, pranayama, and meditation in our daily lives, we will increase our patience, confidence, and spiritual intelligence. There is no other way to achieve happiness, peace, and success in the worldly world. Yoga and meditation are the best way to enjoy ourselves and achieve happiness. We should practice them by sitting, standing, or lying down in special asanas.

1. Asana: What is it? Asana means yoga posture. That is, the way of sitting. In this, the body should be turned left and right, forward and backward in a rhythmic manner. In general, it can also be called physical exercise. By doing yoga postures daily, the central nervous system remains balanced. All the internal functioning of the body runs smoothly. Along with this, it increases efficiency, freedom from diseases, and self-power.

Balanced life. Due to an unbalanced life, our eating, sleeping, and resting are not done properly. Therefore, flexibility in our body ends. Due to a lack of flexibility in the body, the circulation of blood, hormones, and oxygen in the main nervous system of the body is not good. By practicing yoga properly, the body’s nerves become flexible and function properly.

2. Pranayama: This is generally called breathing exercise breathing exercise. In Yogic language, the method of balancing the speed of breathing is called Pranayama. Pranayama increases mental capacity, improves blood circulation. Apart from this, it supplies additional oxygen to the body. Due to which all the organs work properly.

3. Meditation: This is a type of mental exercise. In this, the mind is made thoughtless through the power of emotion, mantra, or concentration. Meditation is the name of the journey from action to the state of inaction. Generally, sixty thousand thoughts come to the mind of every human being in 24 hours. The maximum thoughts in this are negative.

Due to which mental imbalance, disease, disappointment, stress, and dissatisfaction are created. Meditation has the effect of positive thoughts in the mind. Therefore, confidence, patience, joy, and understanding increase. Due to which ignorance, there is conflict in our relationships, or we have to face sorrow in daily life. Meditation is necessary to get rid of all these problems.

Divine Energy: In normal conditions, our brain cannot receive cosmic and divine energy. Sometimes when we are in deep sleep or bliss, we get some divine energy. Meditation is a very beneficial way to get this divine energy. When you start meditating, many thoughts may come. But you don’t need to worry about it. Because gradually the thoughts disappear.

Yoga asanas, which seem easy from the outside, are not that easy, because if we do yoga asanas in the wrong and unnecessary way, it can have very bad results. I have seen hundreds of men and women who have suffered a lot by doing yoga asanas in the wrong way. The purpose of preparing this article is also to provide relief from this.
