Student life is half of the pillar of the whole life. Student life is an important stage of learning basic knowledge and skills for human qualities and livelihood. To learn any subject and gain knowledge, it is necessary to be deeply focused. Therefore, I would like to appeal to everyone to make learning easy and effective by practicing yoga and meditation.

In today’s era, there are few healthy people in our society, but many are sick. Our hardware is weak. Words are distorted or attacked, and we are physically and mentally weak. Yoga and meditation provide this physical and mental exercise. While brain exercise is important for everyone, it is even more essential for students. Exercise the body. And make software development.

Get out, Pranayama is breathing. What is the effect on our body, mind, and consciousness? Let there be load shedding. Meditate in a calm state, wake up, and the battery keeps charging. Finally, yoga. Good work, living, thinking is yoga. Positive energy increases in life and starts to become healthy. Only by doing yoga healthy mind can be succeeded to gain knowledge.

Diseases are spreading

Earlier, we had read A for Apple, B for Ball, and C for Cat. But now the time has come to read what we read. Then A for Alzheimer’s, B for Blood Pressure, and C for Cancer. Because it is in every house. It is in every house. Apple, Ball, Cat are read. Now, if we get Alzheimer’s, Blood Pressure, Cancer from a young age, we grow up healthy. We start getting healthy.

There are 1440 minutes in a day. 40 minutes to give to ourselves. 1400 minutes to spend on food, school, friends, and sleeping.  40 minutes to give to yourself. Now, when you start giving 40 minutes to yourself, then our life starts to shine. So what to give to yoga, exercise, and meditation. Yoga is a word invented by our old sages.

Yoga has three meanings

The first meaning is to connect. Yoga connects us all. The second meaning is to stay disciplined. The mind is trying to eat. But the mind is trying to eat junk food. Inside, the mind says, be careful, it is unhealthy. It damages the brain. The tongue says, no, I will eat it today. There is a battle going on inside. The mind of a student of yoga controls himself.

He puts a CCTV camera on himself

He watches himself. I will not do anything that will harm us, affect us, not work, or cause disease. Who said I would not do it? The inner consciousness said. The third meaning is Yuj Samadhi. Everyone’s intelligence is normal intelligence, intelligence to study, and intelligence to pass. What we are going towards is wisdom.

If growth rises above, it becomes wisdom. If it goes beyond that, it becomes prudence. If prudence also goes even higher, it becomes wisdom. Yoga takes us towards growth. It does not let us go towards evil.

Those who do yoga reduce their rigidity. They train the mind, train the mind, make it calm and patient. They inform us that we should get angry less. They give awareness. And gradually they make us soft. Those who are soft. They bow down and bow, bow down. Those who are not soft. They yawn. Yaw means oh father, oh mother. Yaw means oh. Namaskar means brain, ma means rhythm, scar means stomach. My life force comes from the breath. It means I bow to the consciousness, soul, humanity within you with humility, gratitude, and greeting.

If you do this regularly, yoga turns patients and sufferers into yogis. Yoga connects you with creativity, promotes health, and enhances memory. But give yourself 40 minutes every morning. Let’s figure out where to get 40 minutes. Whatever time you wake up.

Wake up 20 minutes earlier. Subtract 20 minutes from the time you watch mobile and TV. Another 20 minutes are out. Let’s take another 20 minutes, even as adults. Let’s take 20 minutes out of the time we spend interrupting others. No one doesn’t do these 3 things.

Everyone, pay attention to yoga. It removes negative things and connects them to positive things. It connects the body with health and connects the mind with concentration. Whatever work, whatever subject you put your mind to, there will be concentration. Staying on that, not moving away, is concentration.

Yoga for concentration

Whoever does yoga. His concentration increases. Whoever is advised by the mind. His name is Tanavvik. Whoever is advised by the mind and rhythm is Prashanika. The mind inside the one who gives advice.

What is the method of changing stress into happiness? Yoga is training, coaching, bringing the mind to its place, and ordering it to be happy, positive, and creative. Whoever does yoga. Sits silently, meditates, meditates, eats healthy food; this connects our mind with concentration. Emotions are connected with happiness. Today, I noticed that I was eating sweets. If you eat this much, the intellect does the guessing

But after eating that food, I felt satisfied. That is the self. The innermost is the self. Which is the powerhouse? Now the electricity is burning. It is working for us as sound and light. The self within us, mind, breath, word, relationship, which is doing this work. The one who does yoga. He is getting connected to the self.

I would like to say that just like we eat, drink, and sleep, let us practice yoga and meditation according to a schedule. If we engage in yoga and meditation regularly and systematically, our studies will also be successful.

Conclusion

The relationship between student life and yoga meditation is like that of fish and water. A student is an ascetic. In ancient times, sages used to gain knowledge by doing difficult penance, while in the present era, they go to school and study. To concentrate on studies, the mind needs to be clean and strong. This power can be obtained through yoga and meditation. Therefore, all students should be aware of and do yoga meditation.
